Need to Return an Instrument for Service?
If you need to return an instrument for
service or calibrations, please download the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form as an Acrobat PDF file
and print it out.
Then, call us at 888-666-0595. We will help you complete the
RMA form
to ship with your instrument and service order.
- Due to ISO 17025 requirements, “Recommended Recertification Dates” are
not permissible on calibration certificate or stickers, unless specifically requested by the customer. If you require
a calibration due date, then circle the appropriate interval or enter the specific date on the downloaded RMA form.

- All service orders MUST have an RMA number.
- Recall notices will be sent to the “Bill To” address unless you inform us otherwise.
A Recall Notice is a mailing sent to remind the recipient that the instrument is due for calibration.

Instruments received for service are subject to a diagnostic fee if you choose not to have the service completed,
or if the instruments cannot be serviced.

An Evaluation Fee may be charged if an estimate for service is refused.
